About

Founded in late 2022, FNDX stems from Fabio Nalucci’s experience as a serial digital entrepreneur and later as an investor, with the ambition to build an independent platform dedicated to the industrial and financial ecosystem of innovation.

Born with roots in Venture Capital, FNDX quickly expanded its scope by diversifying its assets under advisory and integrating an M&A and Fundraising Advisory practice, supporting innovative companies along their paths of organic and inorganic growth.

Today, FNDX adopts a cross-market strategy across private markets — spanning from Venture Capital to Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Estate — with an entrepreneurial approach marked by a strong focus on execution and value creation in sectors with high innovation potential.

Alternative Asset Advisory

We support funds and investment vehicles in identifying the best opportunities within private markets, with a primary focus on the B2B segment and particular attention to high-potential SaaS software and digital marketplace businesses.

Through our deep vertical expertise and extensive market knowledge, we are able to optimize investment strategies and maximize the value of portfolio companies.

Fabio Nalucci

Founder & CEO

Our Founder & CEO, Fabio Nalucci, embodies the entrepreneurial spirit on which FNDX is built. With over 20 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, he has founded and scaled several innovative companies, achieving numerous successful exits.

Among them, i4C, acquired by Accenture and later transformed into Accenture Analytics, where Fabio led European operations, coordinating a global team of around 7,000 professionals.

He is also the founder of GELLIFY, a B2B Innovation Factory with an international presence in four countries and over €50 million in revenues by 2024.

As an active investor in Venture Capital and private markets, he has built a track record of over 100 investments, with a personal IRR of 85%.

From this experience comes our vision: combining strategic expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and a founder-friendly approach to generate real value.

Edoardo Guerrieri

Partner Alternative Asset Advisory

Our Partner & Investment Director, Edoardo Guerrieri, represents the analytical and strategic vision behind FNDX’s investment approach.

With over 10 years of experience in venture capital and B2B tech innovation, he manages a portfolio of more than €200 million in Assets under Advisory and over 100 investments across international markets, with a focus on SaaS software, marketplaces, and digital solutions with high scalability potential.

He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Azimut Digitech Fund, a venture capital fund advised by FNDX, and sits on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies, contributing to their growth strategies and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, Edoardo has held increasingly senior roles in venture capital and innovation. At GELLIFY, he co-founded the investment team with Fabio Nalucci, focusing on B2B tech startups and the creation of synergies between corporates and innovation.

Previously, at Benhamou Global Ventures (California), he specialized in enterprise software investments, focusing on cybersecurity, mobility, robotics, and industrial IoT.

Giacomo Manaresi

Partner M&A e Fundraising Advisory

Our Partner Giacomo Manaresi leads M&A activities (both sell-side and buy-side) and capital raising processes for tech companies. Within FNDX, he is also responsible for developing strategic relationships with entrepreneurs across the network, contributing to the growth of the ecosystem.

With over 10 years of experience in M&A and fundraising, he has built a distinctive track record in managing complex, high-potential transactions, supported by advanced financial expertise and deep knowledge of the tech and fintech sectors.
